Consignment Shop Sale

The EDCS Consignment Shop will be held again on Friday, August 6, 2010 from 11:00a.m to 3:00p.m.  If you are looking for uniform items, check out the consignment shop before shopping with Educational Apparel.  You could find just what you are looking for and save money in the process.  This sale will be CASH only.  No personal checks will be accepted.

If you have items you would like to sell please read the following instructions. 

You will need to price each item individually and list a description of the item on each half of the ticket and attach the ticket (both parts) to the item with a safety pin.  We will also need each seller to list each item on the attached inventory sheet and bring it with you when you drop off your items. Call Laurie Gilmore and get your seller number (if you have sold in the past, use your old number). This is how we identify the items you sell. Each item must be identified on the inventory sheet individually so that when we total out your sales we can make sure that all items brought in are properly accounted for at the end of the sale.  The price tags and inventory sheet can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.  If you need additional copies of either form you may make your own copies or contact the school office to obtain the extras needed.

Items may be dropped off on Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 4:30-6:00p.m only.  No items will be accepted the day of the sale.  Items and monies for items sold need to be picked up on Monday, August 9, 2010 from 5:00-6:00p.m  Any items left after this date will be donated to charity. 

Workers are needed for these 3 days to make this parent run sale work.  Please remember, all workers at the sale are volunteers.  The following times are available for helping out.

If you sign up to work any of the above times, you may shop from 6:30 to 7:00p.m on Thursday August 4th.  This time is reserved for workers only.  If you are willing to help with this sale please call  Laurie Gilmore at 253-7374.  Please leave a message if no one is available when you call.
