The EdChoice Scholarship may be applied for after students have been officially admitted to East Dayton Christian School.
Eligibility: Please check the Underperforming School List (#5) to see if your student is eligible based on his/her current school.  If not, you are eligible based on income.  Please check the chart on form #3 on pg. 1.
To apply:

All new families applying for a scholarship should use the EdChoice Request Form (#1 below).

Current families re-applying for a scholarship should use the EdChoice Renewal Form (#2 below).

All families will need to submit their applications to the school office with their proof of address (#4 below).

Those families who are applying for the income based scholarship for the first time will fill out a second application, Income Verification Form (#3 below). This form, with supporting documentation, will be uploaded to the State for scholarship approval.
